1. Youth Mentoring Program: "Pathways to Success

The Pathways to Success program is a comprehensive youth mentoring initiative designed by North American Somali Success to support Somali youth in North America. This program connects young individuals with experienced mentors from various professional fields, offering guidance, support, and inspiration.
Family Services Program: Harmonizing Homes

The Harmonizing Homes initiative by North American Somali Success provides a range of services and resources aimed at strengthening and supporting Somali families in North America. This program addresses various aspects of family life, ensuring a holistic approach to family success and well-being.
Goals:
- To equip parents with the tools and knowledge necessary for effective and culturally sensitive parenting.
- To foster a supportive environment for family growth, communication, and unity.
- To promote the active involvement of Somali families in their communities and in the educational journey of their children.
